It does not matter if you do not have a particular component because personality is not equal to individual components. So it makes a lot of sense to try and develop a personality that is outstanding, that is imaginative and that is socially useful. Personality can be developed through the process of learning, for no one comes trained and erudite straight from the mother's womb.
